A TRACK RECORD THAT MATTERS

When the people of the island of Culebra tired of Navy bombardment, Rob was part of the legal team that persuaded the Navy to move elsewhere.

When Ramon Pichardo was illegally deported to the Dominican Republic, Rob persuaded the U.S. Court of Appeals to declare “manifest injustice” and order his return. (Pichardo v. Ashcroft)(July 1, 2004).

When bureaucratic bungling deprived a crime victim of her rights to Crime Victim Compensation, Rob fought for special legislation that restored her rights.

When an insurance company refused to pay a crash victim, Rob found a defect on the company’s web site, and recovered double the policy.

      Above: Rob fights for justice!
